Real Estate Advertising Tips

Why advertise with video?

Video is one of the latest advertising trends in Real Estate and with good reason.  Creating a real estate video for your listings and then uploading the videos to top video portals can bring your listings more exposure.  We put this to a test with a San Mateo, CA Home video and within a few days this video received over 400 views.  That is 400 more potential buyers who may have not seen this home otherwise.

Cost for video creation can be as little as $19.99 for a nice photo based video through http://www.classifiedflyerads.com/video-tours.php or $100 and up for a more advanced video with other providers such as http://www.brixnflix.com/planprices.asp

If you have the time and are computer savvy you can also create your own videos using desktop video software such as what comes with Adobe Elements.  Whatever method you choose we suggest adding video advertising to all your listings.  A few good sites to post your videos to are YouTube, Yahoo Video, AOL Video, Google Video, MetaCafe, Propeller and Wellcomemat.

Ross Quintana - Spokane Home Buyer Expert I agree I use video and it's how people like to view information, that is proven, as long as the production looks good enough.

Check out our website to see how you can also integrate video in your website. www.TeamQuintana.com

Great video on your website Ross.  The placement and size is really good for your main page and I really like how you added a personal touch to the video.
