Hello Ray - we just launched this addition to ClassifiedFlyerAds.com this week.  We implemented this into the packages because of requests for this feature from many of our members.  When members make requests we listen :).  We strongly feel it will be a great tool that will become widely used in 08.  It will allow buyers to get property info on their cell phone and will give Realtors the buyers lead.  Its a win, win in our minds.

Misty, That is a great idea!  Anything to keep us up with technology is good.  The more options we have to give clients, the better.

Hello Maria - its not a recording.  The buyer drives by your listing and enters the "text code" you have on your for sale sign.  They then receive a "text message" back on their cell phone that shows gives them propert information (beds, baths, prices, etc.) and also gives them a url to a cell phone friendly version of your flyer with more information and pictures.

This feature is available with any of our subscription plans (see http://www.classifiedflyerads.com/compare-plans.php) so you can utilize it for as little as $9.99 per month.

Very interesting concept - have not seen that in ur area yet - we have the "tune into this station on your radio" and you get all the info.

I started using a paid program like this with great hopes,  have used it on 3 homes for 30 days, I am unhappy with results, I have now found a free text messaging service I will try out. Good Luck on yours.

I guess it depends where your business really comes from.  Some things may work for some people, especially if you don't have tools in place.  Couldn't you just post your cell number?

I've been using RE-Text.Info, which is free at the moment and offers a great set of features. I especially like their integration of sms and mobile web pages.
