Hello ActiveRain Real Estate pro's. Do any of you submit your listings to the Yahoo Real Estate classifieds at http://realestate.yahoo.com/? If so, have you paid the $49.95 fee to submit residential listings and did you receive a good return on your investment? what have your results been from it? Have you received a fair amount of traffic or leads to your listings?
Thanks in advance for your feedback.

and Google Base and craiglist and oodle and trulia...
I push my listings out to whomever will let me post them! Not only being able to tell my clients their home is listed on Google and Yahoo! it is important to show that you are doing all that you can as a real estate agent to push their home out down the "long tail" of marketing.
Cost is near nil because i use vflyer to syndicate out to those sites.
Still collecting hard data, but I received a call the other day from someone that found a listing of mine on AOL Real Estate....Didn't intentionally post there, but what the hey!?
The hard data I can point to is a marked jump in the number of virtual tour views.
Thanks Jenn and Todd for your feedback.
ClassifiedFlyerAds.com also syndicates to many Real Estate directories (over 25).
I am referring to the Yahoo Real Estate section at http://realestate.yahoo.com/, which is different then Yahoo search engine. It displays a listing fee of $49.95 for residential (see http://realestate.yahoo.com/Sell_your_home;_ylt=AjJNu0jXqMwfaeDN5_3l6uakF7kF). Have either of you paid this fee to place your listings in http://realestate.yahoo.com/ and if so did you receive a good return on your investment?
