Misty - I've looked at the pricing guide, and it seems to get pretty pricey if you choose many of the options.  You could easily spend $100 on a single flyer.  Do you have any personal success stories from the upgrade options?

Hello Penny - we do offer add-on options such as listing domain, page 1 placement, etc. but these add-on options are not required.  You can create 2 flyers and have them syndicated to 25+ directories for free.  If you need more then 2 flyers the cost is as little as $5.99 per flyer or $11.99 subscription for up to 25 active flyers.  You get a lot and a great value if you choose not to purchase any add-ons.  Such as syndication, virtual tours, slideshows, click to call, ad2cell, pdfs, widgets and more.  If you have any questions about the add-ons or the additional value (exposure) they offer please contact us and we would be happy to provide further details.

As for success stories - see http://www.classifiedflyerads.com/Customer-Testimonials-Classified-Flyer-A_57.htm

Misty-Classified Flyer Ads is a great service, however the only option that I think should be explained more in detail is the Search Engine Page 1 option. It appears as though some of the ads that rank well (as shown as examples on your site) and are on page one are those with search terms that are do not have a large daily, weekly or monthly search index via Google, Yahoo or MSN. So, if the keyword is not being searched, being on page 1 of the search engine does not provide a huge benefit.

I dont want to sound like a jerk, and as I mentioned your service is great. Please let me know if your search engine page 1 option is more geared towards lower search index results/ niche keyword results.

Hello Casey - First off you don't sound like a jerk.  Asking questions or challenging a provider is a good thing.  So let me try to explain our method and reasoning here.

The page one optimization is geared towards local searches and the property type.  For example if you are advertising a condo, the flyer is optimized for city, state condo searches.  We feel it is important to optimize your pages so they are specific to the property type and location because this will bring in quality traffic.  Using the condo search as an example.  If you are selling a condo, chances are your conversion is going to be higher if you bring in traffic from people who are searching for a condo in that city rather then a more general real estate type search.  Some cities are also not highly competitive so the search index is not high but that doesn't mean those smaller cities are not getting searched.  For example "Sioux City homes for sale" has a much lower search index over something like "San Diego homes for sale" but that doesn't mean that people who are looking for property in Sioux City are not searching the internet.

Another thing to keep in mind is 2 or 3 more targeted (specific) and less competitive search phrases may actually bring in just as much traffic as 1 very competitive search phrase.  You could be cutting yourself out of quality traffic by solely focusing on 1 very competitive search phrase that may be very hard to rank for, while 2 or 3 less competitive search phrases may bring in just as many eyeballs.  We want to bring in as many eyeball and clicks to our member's flyers as possible and so far targeting more specific, local search phrases has done just that.  Our web analytics software shows that the majority of our websites traffic comes into our member's flyers from local, targeted searches and our members flyers stats back that up.

Hello Misty, I'm glad to see you here on AR.  We've used your flyers and have been happy with the service and like the previous poster had questions about the page one optimization.  It's nice to be able to ask questions here on AR.
